A year or so ago I was mentioning to John that I needed a garbage truck for the streets of the Lost Ocean Line. A few weeks later he gave me one of these HO scale garbage trucks from siku. I ground off the roof-top hinges, glued the backend to the body, and did a little repainting. It needs some lettering, some weathering and it'll be cruising the streets every Monday.
